Archive formats, executables, encrypted resources and unfamiliar game files are all fair game. Please include the game version, the files involved and what you have tried so far.

A small sample is useful when one can be shared. If not, file headers, logs and screenshots still give me somewhere to start.

What can be requested

Archives and containers

An archive the usual tools cannot identify or open properly.

Executables and loaders

Code that handles where the game keeps its data or what happens before a file is opened.

Encryption and transforms

A key, password or byte transform that needs tracing back through the game.

Unknown file formats

An unfamiliar file with no useful signature or documentation to point the way.

Broken tool support

A tool that once worked, stops partway through or produces incomplete output.

Something unusual

Anything else worth pulling apart that does not belong in the groups above.

Before opening an issue

Useful details

• The exact game version or Steam build
• Relevant filenames and extensions
• The tools or scripts already tried
• Links to any earlier discussion
• A small sample when it can be shared

I will reply on GitHub if I need another file or a bit more information.

If I pick up the request, I will keep the issue updated and link the finished post or project when it is ready.

Please do not upload a complete game, account data or anything you are not allowed to share. A small sample is enough in most cases.
